Overview

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a global market leader in eyecare and to be part of dynamic and evolving business.  As part of the professional services team you will be responsible for the promotion, education and training of Eyecare Professionals and retail staff in the extensive portfolio of contact lenses and OTC products from Bausch + Lomb.  You will report to the Professional Services Manager at a time when the company is launching innovative new products.  

 

Responsibilities

  • You are integral to Professional Services team to promote, educate and train ECP’s (Eyecare Professionals) and retail staff.
  • You will deliver clinical and marketing communication in the contact lens category to drive behavioural change and sales growth
  • You will also attend events including workshops, seminars, conferences and trade shows to promote the brand through product training and CET delivery.
  • You will be a key source of information for our customer service team in order to respond to product/fitting queries that arise from ECPs and practice teams.
  • You will conduct regular co-travels with Territory Business Managers nationwide.
  • You will be a trusted advisor to the internal team contributing to the development and delivery of training programmes for the sales and marketing teams.
  • You will develop clinical and educational content for media, digital media, exhibitions and conferences.
  • You will keep up to date with contact lens fitting, clinical practice, market trends and competitor activity.
