An outstanding opportunity has arisen in our global Legal team to support the Vice President of Legal for EMENA at Valeant Pharmaceuticals. This newly created PA role will suit an individual who exceptionally capable and very used to working with senior individuals with very limited time. This role includes a great deal of travel and will support our VP of Legal in or professional and private administration matters. We are seeking an organised and detail orientated individual with outstanding PowerPoint skills.
You will be Responsible for 2 busy diaries (one in the UK and one in France) and travel arrangement for 2 senior legal professionals who travel a great deal.
You will coordinate team meetings both virtually and in person.
You will prepare first class PowerPoint presentations.
You will have excellent Excel skills to track data and manage budgets.
You will be responsible for raising Purchase orders and receipting.
You will assist in managing receipts and travel documents.
You will be eager to learn and take on new skills, the more you show interest the more involved in the business side you will become.
You will be managing documentation and correspondence where detail and accuracy are paramount.
You will have an interest in becoming involved in managing the corporate governance for the legal entity structure in the UK.
Previous Legal or Compliance experience would be an advantage. In addition:
You have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office suite most especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
You are well presented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
